1. Introduction
Welcome to SideLine Kits ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including the reservation and purchase of football kits. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Registration
- Mandatory Registration: To reserve items or place pre-orders, you must create a verified account with a valid email address and password.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name and a valid phone number (preferably WhatsApp-enabled) for order communications.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. SideLine Kits is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.
3. Pre-Orders & Deposits
Certain products are marked as "Pre-Order" or "Made to Order". By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following strict terms:
- 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of the item's retail price is required immediately to secure your order. This deposit is paid via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
- Nature of Deposit: This deposit is used to source the specific item from our suppliers. Therefore, the deposit is strictly non-refundable if you change your mind, find the item elsewhere, or fail to collect the item.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon collection at our physical cabin location.
- Fulfillment Time: Pre-orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a deposit refund unless the delay exceeds 45 days.
4. Reservations & Collection
The Cabin: SideLine Kits operates as a physical retail point. All orders must be collected in person from our cabin. We do not currently offer home delivery.
In-Stock Reservations: Items reserved from our existing stock (non-pre-order) will be held for a maximum of 48 hours. If not collected within this window, the reservation will be cancelled and the item returned to general sale.
Pre-Order Collection Window: Once notified via Email or WhatsApp that your pre-order has arrived, you must collect it within 14 days. Failure to collect within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the item being resold to recover costs.
5. Returns & Refunds
- In-Stock Items: We accept exchanges for size or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and you have the receipt.
- Pre-Order Items (Final Sale): Because pre-order items are sourced specifically for you based on your request, they are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for pre-orders unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- Defects: You must inspect your item upon collection at the cabin. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
6. Product Quality & Liability
We guarantee that all kits sold are of Premium quality standards (Fan or Player version as specified).
SideLine Kits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product at issue.
7. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, customers explicitly acknowledge and agree that they are purchasing replica merchandise, and not authentic branded products. Customers also agree that they have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer prior to completing a purchase.
